After much research I commissioned Y Jewellery to create a "piece unique" pendant I had designed for my fiancée. I chose Y Jewellery because from the images on their website I could see their jewellery was fashioned and finished to a very high standard.After an initial discussion with the owner Yui, I set about supplying all the images as well as a beautiful Lightning Ridge black crystal opal, I had purchased previously from Black Opal Direct in Australia.Although Y jewellery did not quote the lowest price, from the outset Yui was highly accommodating in regards to my design. From our various discussions, I witnessed she pays great attention to every aspect of the design and production challenges.My instincts were not proved wrong, since one can clearly see from the finished pendant every aspect of the piece has been finished to a very high standard, including the flawless south sea pearl and the beautifully set VVS diamonds.Overall, I am delighted with my pendant and grateful to Yui for her determination to achieve the highest standard of finish. My only disappointment was that the piece was delivered one week late.However, this minor inconvenience was worth the sacrifice in such a manner Y Jewellery could achieve a finish which matched Yui’s promise. There is no doubt Yui will do her utmost to create beautiful jewellery pieces, but more importantly she is not willing to cut corners or deliver any piece inferior to the very high standards she sets for her brand.
