SHOP POLICIES

  • All of our jewelries are made with precious metal (18K, 14K, 10K, 9K Gold) and natural diamonds & gemstones only.
  • Our jewelries are limited edition. Some pieces are 1-piece only and cannot reproduce or replicate with a 100% accuracy due to the use natural stones.
  • Every piece is brand new only.
  • Our pieces are original designs only.
  • Prices shown on our website are as of the pictures displayed with specific descriptions only. In case that there is any personal alteration request, please contact us to get the actual price as per such request before making any purchase.
  • Prices will be quoted / revised as per market price each time.
  • Prices can be subject to change when it is required to meet the real cost of each time.
  • Prices shown on the website are product price only. They do not include freight & insurance costs.
  • To start your bespoke order, we would like to request for a design fee which will be quoted individually. So please contact us to check the design fee. In case, you did not wish to produce the piece with us, the sketch design and/or CAD file will be sent to you via email without any further charge.
  • In case that you wish us to continue producing the piece(s), the previous design fee(s) will be deducted from the total product price(s).

    *Note: In case that your purchase piece is so small that there is not enough space for such stamps, please do not worry. We have records for every piece that we make. You still can claim any services or warranty from us by showing our Y. Certificate.

We offer a lifetime warranty for all Y. Jewelry pieces. That includes: cleaning service / soft polish work / tightening prongs / and glue works for small pearls. Free of charge.

For every piece

  • Y. Brand Certificate with a picture of your purchased piece. Please kindly keep it well to retrieve the piece details easily when you need any after sales services from us.
  • Diamond Certificate by GIA / HRD (if any)

  • Gems Certificate (optional) with extra expenses quoted by each Laboratory. Our regular laboratories are AIGS and Belleruphon.
  • Jewelry Report from 3rd party Laboratory (optional) with extra expenses quoted by IGI & GIT
  • FREE shipping within Thailand only (Options: EMS by Thailand Postal Office / by our riders)
  • Shipping to other destinations is available through a door-to-door service via FedEx or Malca-Amit. Shoppers will be responsible for freight and insurance fees as per courier companies’ quotes.

We advise you to record a VDO when you unbox the jewelry. So in case of any damage or defective, you can send us such VDOs to claim with us. All claims will be considered and taken care of under our return & exchange policy.

  • NO Return accepted for all Y. Collections. However, if you have a proof that there are defects from our end as well as a proof that the piece has not once used, please send us back the jewelry with such proof and postal tracking no. within 3 days to exchange a new one.
  • Only Exchange is accepted. The new piece(s) must be available in stock and has the same or higher value. In this case, please contact us and ship the item(s) back within 3 days after delivery.
  • For all bespoke & personalized jewelry, NO Return - Cancellation and/or Exchange accepted. Also, any pieces that you bought from Y. collections with any personalized requests falls into this category. However, we are willing to work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

    *Note: Please kindly note that all shipping costs back to us are the buyer’s responsibility.

Y. Jewelry is a brand that is selling brand new jewelries and custom-made pieces only. So we do not accept any sell back items and resell them.

  • Payment method: Cash or transfer / Visa and MasterCard credit cards (only at the store) / Pay via Wise Application For bank transfers from abroad, the buyer will be responsible for all transfer fees.
  • There may be a charge for adjusting the size. Please contact us to inquire before deciding to buy.
  • We provide services for jewelry care and repair at affordable prices, such as adjusting the size / plating / adding small missing diamonds, etc. Please contact us for more details.
